<p><strong>A Workrise client is in need of a <u>Regulatory Compliance Manager</u> with comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Federal and State DOT Pipeline and Hazardous Materials regulations, including a working knowledge of the PHMSA referenced standards.</strong></p>

<p><u><strong>MUST HAVE:</strong></u></p>

<ul>
<li>Effective written and verbal communication skills and the ability to appropriately target communication to the intended audience, ranging from leading presentations with all levels of a client's organization to interactions and meetings with a variety of agency stakeholders.</li>
<li>Advanced-level Microsoft skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Passion for compliance, maintaining standards, and code adherence</li>
<li>Experience with inspection, audit, and enforcement</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><u>PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:</u></strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Hands-on experience creating a new Compliance Program or updating/upgrading an existing Compliance Program to meet new or upcoming PHMSA requirements</li>
</ul>

<p><strong><u>DAY TO DAY EXPECTATIONS:</u></strong></p>

<ul>
<li>Assess Operator's current PHMSA Compliance Program and update existing Program to meet future PHMSA requirements that will go into effect later this spring</li>
<li>Evaluate Inspection Programs, cathodic requirements, pigging and line evals, etc. to make sure they meet future PHMSA requirements</li>
<li>Prepare Operator for PHMSA and state inspections</li>
<li>Provide post-inspection guidance</li>
<li>Conduct training on a variety of pipeline regulatory topics and compliance programs</li>
