MD Training Content Analyst

Position Overview The purpose of this role is to collaborate with partners across HMD Plan and Regions to develop robust, effective on-demand training content for publication on our in-house learning management system. This is a new role -- and a worthy challenge for the right candidate! Key Responsibilities General Consults with management, employees, and departments to identify training needs and achieve the end result of an effective training solutions. Recommends the creation or acquisition and delivery of training programs that meet the company's needs. Implements measurement methods for evaluating training effectiveness against needs of the business. Summarizes training program assessment data and participant attendance reports and submits to management. Supervises, coaches and develops assigned personnel. Ensures that all assigned personnel have the education, training and experience, or a combination of these, in order to carry out all job duties and responsibilities. Specific With the guidance of the Learning Manager, the incumbent will prepare on-demand training content for the MD Supply Chain Regions and Plan audiences. They will guide this content through a structured approval process and publish it in our learning management system (LMS). They will support a small number of specialist content creators within the business with authoritative advice about learning design and light-touch coaching in the use of content creation tools. They will measure the quality and impact of on-demand training and recommend and action improvements. They will take primary responsibility for training administration in the back end of our LMS. They will represent Medical Devices on the Spectrum CoP and, through that community, shape future enhancements to Spectrum. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field, including (but not limited to) education, business and management, supply chain, human resources and communication Relevant post-graduate qualifications preferred Relevant certifications preferred – e.g. in adult education (andragogy) or training design Experience: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience required, preferably to include experience of supply chain planning Knowledge, Skills and Capabilities: Knowledge and understanding of how and why adults learn, including relevant learning models Robust analytical skills Excellent skills creating clear, concise and appealing training Assessment creation skills Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including a strong ability to adjust to the needs of the audience A good understanding of project management principles and practice, including the ability to work across multiple priorities and timelines Outstanding influencing, persuading and teamwork skills Strong personal initiative A calm, positive and confident approach to addressing challenges Strong proficiency with MS Office, including Teams Proficiency with Articulate or other content creation tools an asset, but not a requirement Other Requirements Location of Role: Brussels, Zug or NJ Language Requirements: English Travel Requirements: This position may require an average of 10 - 20% travel Primary Location Belgium-Brussels-Capital Region-Diegem- Other Locations North America-United States-New Jersey, Europe/Middle East/Africa-Switzerland-Zug-Zug Organization Johnson & Johnson Medical Ltd. - fka -Ethicon Ltd.
