Job Description : </p>
<p>
Work closely with the HR Business Partners and Engineering Manager to refine our early talent strategy, ensuring we attract the best talent. </p>
<p>
Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience for early talent, ensuring our process is attractive, and inclusive to all. </p>
<p>
Liaise with universities and colleges to promote TechnipFMC, including coordinating and facilitating graduate/apprentice fairs and presentations. Liaise with volunteers from the business to represent the company at these events. </p>
<p>
Manage our Graduate assessment days and apprentice interviews. </p>
<p>
Be a focal point for our early talent and their development once they join the Client. </p>
<p>
Work closely with the Learning &amp; Development team to improve our onboarding and development of early talent, including utilisation of appropriate ECITB funding. </p>
<p>
Proactively liaise with local schools to promote careers in Energy and encourage and co-ordinate STEM activities across the business. </p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
Experience / Skills : </p>
<p>
HR experience, ideally within the Oil &amp; Gas industry. </p>
<p>
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise to meet deadlines with speed and accuracy. </p>
<p>
Performs well in a very fast-paced, high-volume environment, juggling multiple priorities. </p>
<p>
Builds effective relationships with stakeholders and partners internally and externally. </p>
