Our Finance Team takes ownership of building capital allocation decision-making tools that align with our business strategy. We take responsibility for the financial planning, analysis and reporting of capital expenditures for our Oilfield Equipment at Baker Hughes. Our team plays a key role in the continuous improvement of our internal processes.<br />

You will take ownership for providing financial planning, analysis and reporting. You will be a key partner to our product line and will collaborate across commercial and operational teams. You will lead a team of financial professionals to help drive performance of the product line through data and analytical insights.<br />
<br />
In this role, you will be responsible for:<br />
<br />
&bull; Managing a team of people covering the full range of DAWs within the Commercial Finance family. This Job also covers generalists responsible for driving commercial finance operating rhythms by providing centralized finance reporting capabilities, commercial productivity metrics, commercial forecasting, and contribute to the overall business growth.<br />
<br />
&bull; Leading commercial financial planning, deal strategy, budgeting, forecasting and analysis while supporting regional sales / commercial teams.<br />
<br />
&bull; Taking decisions which have direct impact on deal structuring results of the higher organizational unit<br />
<br />
&bull; Developing a clear vision on the business long term strategy in close interaction with business management.<br />
<br />
&bull; Delivering very complex specialized professional work by single-layered or specialized professional work delivered by multi-layered regional or global teams<br />
<br />
&bull; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects that create deliver effective change in our organization<br />
<br />
&bull; Driving commercial team rhythms, implement and evaluation metrics to measure commercial accountability.<br />
<br />
&bull; Implementing process and measures to drive Measurable KPI&
39;s to drive data accuracy and early on visibility.<br />
<br />
&bull; Drive process improvement across commercial processes aligning with various functions.<br />
<br />
<b>Fuel your passion </b><br />
<br />
To be successful in this role you will:<br />
<br />
&bull; Have a Bachelor&
39;s from an accredited university or college.<br />
<br />
&bull; Have 10+ years of experience in operational &amp; commercial finance<br />
<br />
&bull; Be fluent in English<br />
<br />
&bull; Be fluent in Arabic &amp; French (preferably)<br />
<br />
&bull; Demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with customers, teams and stakeholders<br />
<br />
&bull; Have solid experience of managing the business cycle through planning and budgeting forecasts in a multi-level organization<br />
<br />
&bull; Show experience of creating and implementing KPI&
39;s to measure performance and implement improvements<br />
<br />
&bull; Be able to develop strategic process for data management to help us uncover performance and financial insights<br />
<br />
&bull; Be proficient in Excel and other workplace tools for data analysis and interpretation<br />
<br />
&bull; Show the ability to lead and coordinate several projects simultaneously in a global-matrix organisation<br />
<br />
&bull; Have excellent communication and presentation skills including communicating complex financial content to a range of audiences<br />
<br />
&bull; Strong influencing skills and ability to drive changes across multiple functions.<br />
