Quality Control Manager

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood Programs, Inc. (WPI) is seeking a <b>Quality Control Manager</b> to join our team in Durham, NC. <br><br>Key Responsibilities: <br><ul><li> Coordinate with Quality Inspector for progress of on going tasks </li><li> Review and verify project deliverables including, but not limited to, invoices, proposals, reports, schedules for completeness and proper filing </li><li> Verifying statistical reports for accuracy and completeness. </li><li> Use a thorough knowledge of an operations and maintenance operations to: Ensures compliance with local state and national code requirements, industry best practices, company policies, and procedures </li><li> Supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by ensuring quality of delivery. </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><ul><li> Must have a minimum 10 years' experience in quality control; reviewing plans and specifications for Task Orders, review of plans established by estimating staff, and performing a final review of the work performed </li><li> Must have a minimum five (5) years of Project Management experience be proficient in Microsoft Office software which includes: Outlook, MS Word, Excel, project and Access </li><li> Must be knowledgeable in the execution and operation of Facility maintenance tasks, systems and components </li><li> Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to review and edit project documents. </li><li> Ability to work efficiently and demonstrate effective organization skills to track progress of multiple skill being executed simultaneously </li><li> Must have High School Diploma </li></ul> <br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
