RECRUITER We seek a recruiting professional in our Pune, India office. The Recruiter is responsible for hiring qualified individuals to fill experienced positions in both our Pune and Gurgaon offices. This individual drives recruiting activities at the process level and works to determine short-term recruiting plans. The Recruiter is a point person for candidates and the internal business team, and is responsible for building strong internal and external relationships. Responsibilities: Work with hiring managers to determine effective recruiting plans; Devise sourcing strategies to source candidates through the internet portals, networking, professional associations and personal research; Screen and recommend prospective candidates; Manage the recruitment process with the candidate and with the internal team; Develop and maintain relationships with business leadership; Manage vendor relationships; Drive employee referral programs. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred. Strong academic credentials is desirable; Three + years of recruiting experience sourcing non-university candidates, preferrably in a professional services environment; Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Keen appreciation for the difference between number-driven vs quality hiring; Excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task; Strong verbal and written communications skills; Results-oriented, with a strong record of achievement Attention to detail and commitment; Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment; Global exposure or experience of having worked in cross office global teams Good sense of humor appreciated ZS is a global consulting firm. Fluency in English is required; additional fluency in at least one European or Asian language is desirable. Candidates must possess work authorization for their intended country of employment.
