Learning Design and Technology Consultant

<p><strong>The starting salary for this role is £31,273 per annum for a 36 hour working week.</strong></p>
<p>A perfect opportunity has arisen for a forward thinking consultant to join our Learning Design and Technology Team at Surrey County Council. With learning technology being the new driving force of the way we train people, we are keen to continue building knowledge within the team and working on new and thought-provoking ways of delivering learning and marketing the learning we provide.</p>
<p>As a Learning Technologist, your role will be multifaceted. You will be tasked with helping to manage the Success Factors LMS (Learning Management System), checking, revising and amending content to align with organisations learning aims and objectives. Alongside this, you will contribute to the overall instructional design of online learning courses; this will involve checking design briefs as well as overseeing digital content production i.e. checking digital, audio and video materials.</p>
<p><strong>To be shortlisted to interview for this position your application will clearly evidence:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven experience of designing engaging e-learning materials ideally using Articulate Storyline</li>
<li>Develop and deliver SCORM compliant eLearning courses to client LMS requirements</li>
<li>Knowledge of learning technologies and their contribution to delivering blended employee learning solutions</li>
<li>Knowledgeable in Learning Management System capabilities, options and programme creation</li>
