CONTEXT: </p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
D&amp;W drilling / workover / well intervention activities must be in compliance with all aspects of the client's policy, with support from Onshore teams.</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
MAIN ACTIVITIES:</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
Primary mission is to assist the client on site representative in all SHE related aspects on the Rig including Well Operations Area but not limited to:</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
Witness Critical Operations, - Heavy Lifts, Casing Operations, Skidding Operations and Anchor handling Operations etc.</p>
<p>
From operations programs and look-ahead, extract critical aspects regarding personnel safety &amp; environment protection. Brief teams accordingly, through proper communication and coaching.</p>
<p>
Perform constant safety walks around the Well Operations Area to assess the level of awareness and compliance of rig teams.</p>
<p>
Assist the Drilling &amp; Completion Supervisor during Emergencies.</p>
<p>
Conduct incident investigations for all drilling and well related events and raise stream cases for further review/input. </p>
<p>

Procedures Reviews:</p>
<p>
</p>
<p>
Audit main critical job Risk Assessments.</p>
<p>
Conduct procedure reviews/Audits as per D&amp;W requirements/requests</p>
<p>
Perform site checks, push for continuous improvement of JRA quality and RA in WCC.</p>
<p>
Review Safety Compliance of Procedures and Programs received.</p>
<p>
Review Rig Procedures, ref; D&amp;W SHE&amp;I Plan.</p>
<p>
Deliver information sessions, around given Health safety and Environment topics or themes</p>
<p>
