Our Sr. Talent Sourcing Partner brings deep sourcing expertise to help us build and engage diverse talent pipelines for current and future career opportunities. In this role, you'll leverage a multi-pronged strategy. We will provide you with tools for your success including our ATS and CRM, Seekout, LinkedIn, and Indeed, and you'll combine these licenses with your web sourcing and networking expertise to achieve sourcing goals. You'll also partner with the Talent Attraction team to generate diverse talent pipelines through effective messaging, engagement, and partnership with groups and associations. Working as part of a sourcing team, reporting to talent operations, you'll receive ongoing developmental opportunities including team-based sourcing sessions, live training from industry leading experts, attendance at industry conferences, and more. Responsibilities Completes training and becomes a super user in all iCIMS Talent Cloud products. Learns all areas of our business and partners within talent acquisition to fully understand the areas of the organization, associated roles, and forecasted talent needs. Effectively leverages our ATS and CRM to source and engage talent for current and future openings. Leverages all available tools to achieve sourcing goals. This includes Seekout, LinkedIn, iCIMS ATS and CRM, Indeed, online search engines, groups and associations, referrals, and other sources. Partners with third-party account managers, as needed, to ensure success. In partnership with CBID (Culture, Belonging, Inclusion, and Diversity), ERGs, and talent acquisition team members, build a strategy that leverages multiple sources to ensure diverse talent pipelines. May be asked to represent innovations within our iCIMS sourcing team for client inquiries, webinars, events, articles, or other engagements. Qualifications Deep candidate sourcing expertise including successful use of a variety of tools and other sources. Effective use of online sourcing including boolean string creation with an understanding of the differences between search engines. Ability to quickly learn and apply new technology to ensure success. Proven success in developing a talent pipelining and engagement strategy to achieve forecasted hiring needs with a diverse slate of candidates. Ability to craft engaging messages and follow up plans. A passion for the sourcing industry and an interest in continued learning and growth. Preferred Experience with iCIMS ATS or CRM. Coaching/Mentoring experience.
