The Global Services Finance area is looking for an experienced Regional Payroll Supervisor for our LATAM South cluster based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. This person will coordinate the payroll process, projects and people for 6 countries (Argentina, Chile, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru and Uruguay) leading an organization that is responsible to ensure activities are performed & delivered in compliance with the local legislation and internal policies & controls. Part of our framework, in constant transformation addressing Continuous Improvements initiatives, includes working with multiple areas, external vendors and stakeholders based out in the countries and/or in some of our regional or global delivery centers in other locations around the globe. It is an exciting role whose outcomes will impact the day-by-day of an area in charge to deliver critical services for thousands of employees distributed into our different companies and countries across the cluster. Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring overall accuracy, timeliness, compliance and great employee experience for all the payroll related activities. That includes to manage payroll and taxes calculations, payments and accounting, performed through different operational models within insourced, outsourced and hybrid operations. Manage our talents and overall people development plans. Perform partner management, promote and sustain positive relationships. Interact with the different areas of business to identify needs and turn into solutions. Manage cross-areas and cross-countries payroll related projects covering the exploration, design, implementation, launch and hypercare phases, addressing all required efforts to drive sustainability once in steady-state. Activities cover but are not limited to perform and manage changes, communication, budget, deliverables, collaborators and overall governance model. Leading process reviews, continuously looking – and turning into actions - improvements opportunities to bring to bear the overall efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience Leading Change Management efforts, by identifying needs, preparing materials and leading overall trainings and communications to team members. Perform Issues Management. Reviewing root cause, impacts and addressing corrective & preventive actions. Build presentations and business cases. Prepare the content, coordinate and lead meetings and workshops with participants of different areas, geos and levels. Prepare and review process documentations, including process flows and narratives. Ensure adherence of the process to the internal and external controls and compliance policies and procedures. Qualifications Education: Bachelor in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Law or related areas of knowledge. Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in Payroll 3+ years of project and people management experience Extensive knowledge in the local labor legislation & ancillary obligations (specially for Argentina) Experience performing vendor and supplier management Experience working in a matrix environment with multiple stakeholders from different areas distributed into local, regional and global structures Experience with specific technologies such as Workday, SAP and Salesforce. The role will require a high degree of independent judgment and decision making. The successful candidate shall have a very dynamic, analytical, proactive, innovative and hands-on profile, with a strong drive to quality, build relationship cross areas, development, delivery excellence and customer satisfaction Preferred: Specialization in Project Management and/or PMI certification Experience with ADP tool and model (including eTime) Experience in a Fortune 500 and/or consulting company Other: Spanish and English are required.
