In this role, you will support the Workplace Violence Prevention program and work with cross-functional teams globally to assess threats, streamline program processes, and raise program awareness. As the manager, you will help develop and execute the strategy for workplace violence prevention, response, and management while maintaining program materials and tools. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Workplace Violence Prevention Program Facilitate cross-functional working group and is responsible for the intake, assessment, and documentation of workplace violence concerns Measure program effectiveness by developing key performance indicators Identify and collect appropriate metrics and data to identify trends and inform decisions Collaborate with third-party security partners to resolve unique, complex concerns Create and manage content and programming to support workplace violence prevention, response, and awareness initiatives. Develops and updates policies and procedures related to the workplace violence prevention Serves as overall lead to conduct threat assessment meetings engaging multi-disciplinary stakeholders as needed to assess level of risk, priority of response, and accountability for response with focus on risk mitigation. Utilize reports, proactive risk assessments, and data analysis to identify risk areas and mitigation strategies to reduce workplace violence and promote resilience Responsible for maintaining current knowledge of laws, regulations, policies, best practices, and investigative methods regarding workplace violence prevention Threat Management Partner with Global Security’s threat intelligence team to monitor potential threats and manage active threats Build capabilities and align with industry best practices for early threat identification, intervention, and implementation of response protocols Create agile, scalable processes that can be leveraged globally to respond to threat management needs Continuously and proactively assess, track, and communicate relevant threats to senior executives and Board members Continuous Improvement Connect externally through benchmarking and peer connections to inform Workplace Violence Prevention strategy and process design in the near term as well as for ongoing program maturity need Help integrate threat management routines into key business processes MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree Minimum 3 years of relevant risk management, related experience Human Resources or Employee Relations Fluency in English with the ability to work in a multi-lingual environment Project management experience and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to respond to urgent matters with a bias for decisive action Ability to set direction and effectively influence others Thrives in ambiguity and times of significant change Proven record of strong collaboration skills across distance and difference Able to work effectively with all levels of management, external constituents, and peers Understanding of effective and compassionate responses to persons in crisis Exhibits professionalism and willingness to learn. Strong security and risk management mindset A desire for continuous learning and broadening skillset PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience working globally with variety of stakeholders with various priorities Ability to respond to strategic direction, recognize intent, and re-prioritize workload accordingly Demonstrated experience leading complex improvement projects Demonstrated experience presenting to a variety of audiences Advanced oral and written communication skills. Experience developing and governing process for a global program Ability to translate business needs into appropriate preparedness planning Strong skills in analysis and creative problem solving Active listening skills and the ability to build trust quickly in a global environment Demonstrated ability to build relationships within across functions, and externally to influence and enable collaborative decision-making and business results Ability to take a broad perspective and be mindful of global implications when considering possibilities and implications for the business COMPANY OVERVIEW We exist to make food the world loves.
