We also use applied technology expertise to serve the defense, entertainment, material handling, aerospace, science, and renewable energy industries. <br><br><b> Duties & Responsibilities </b><br><br>To provide support in the daily operations of the Financial Management office. <br><br> <b> Functions </b> <br><br> ESSENTIAL<ul> <li> Executing monthly AP </li> <li> Executing Payroll and payments </li> <li> Executing Tax & social contribution payment </li> <li> Submission of montly VAT return </li> <li> Submission of quaterly single declaration( Tax) </li> <li> Submission Annual PTR report </li> <li> Managing monthly cash flow </li> <li> Completing statutory Tax/Social reporting </li> <li> Preparation of the Montly bank statement and reconciliation </li> <li> Provision of official documentation to governmental organizations and bank </li> <li> Supporting with Image Now </li> <li> Preparation of payment orders </li> <li> Controlling invoices in the tax system </li> <li> Effectively cummunicate with a range of internal teams </li> </ul><br><b> Safety </b> <br><br>Ensure that the Safety policies and procedures are understood and adhered to so far as is reasonably practicable in order to ensure a safe working environment. <br><br> <b> General </b> <br><br> The list of job duties described above is not exclusive or exhaustive and the employee may be required to undertake tasks that may reasonably be expected within the scope of the job; <br><br> Assist with any other duties as and when required; and <br><br> Undertake specific projects as instructed by Management <br><br><b> Other </b> <br><br> Carry out work in accordance with the Company Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality Systems. <br><br> Perform the assigned tasks with due diligence regarding the Integrated Management Systems of the Company. <br><br> Eliminate waste of whatever form, to suggest the use of more environmentally friendly substances and practices and contribute to the continuous improvement of the environment. <br><br> <b>S</b> <b> upervisory Responsibilities </b> <br><br> This position has no direct supervisory responsibility <br><br><b> Qualifications </b><ul> <li> Bachelor degree in Commerce </li> <li> Accounting major highly desirable </li> <li> Bachelor degree in Finance, Business or a related discipline </li> </ul><br><b> Experience </b><ul> <li> Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role or other appropriate background </li> <li> Proven technical Accounting Standards understanding </li> <li> Proven experience in the preparation of statutory and financial monthly reports </li> <li> Experience in developing and further enhancing role related policies and procedures </li> <li> Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry (desirable) </li> </ul><br><b> Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Other Characteristics </b><ul> <li> Strong understanding of integrated financial software applications </li> <li> Advanced knowledge of spreadsheet programs including pivot tables and macro's </li> <li> Strong interpersonal skills, notably communication with the wider business and the ability to influence desirable outcomes </li> <li> Team player with the proven ability to build effective working relationship within a team </li> <li> Ability to develop and enhance internal reporting to assist decision support </li> <li> Ability to develop and enhance current systems, processes and procedures </li> </ul><br><b> Closing Statement </b><br><br>We offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package and the opportunity to advance in an international company.
