We are certain that if we do things right, grow together, outperform expectations and own the challenge, we will solve our mission and reach our vision. <br><br><b> Position Summary </b><br><br><li> <b>Job Purpose/Accountabilities </b> </li> <ul> <li> Contribute to implementation of overall Oceaneering Strategies and values. </li> <li> Contribute to implementation and improvement of HR strategies, goals and policies. </li> <li> Responsible for partnering with assigned groups/product lines providing professional HR generalist support to the organization generating results. </li> <li> Internal and external Employer branding activities. </li> </ul><br><b> Duties & Responsibilities </b><br><br><li> <b>Authority:</b> </li> <ul> <li> Authority to act within scope of work and in accordance with the agreed mandate/authorization. </li> <li> Authorized data processor of sensitive information, hereunder access to personnel files and archive. </li> </ul><br><li> <b> Area of responsibility </b> </li> <ul> <li> Partner with assigned groups providing HR generalist support to the organization. </li> <li> Provide professional support to managers in employee relations, sick-leave follow-up, conflict management and organizational change. </li> <li> Support Change processes in accordance with Norwegian legislation </li> <li> Support Global Mobility Processes, such as international transfer and assignments. </li> <li> Initiate recruitment process and provide support, hereunder applicant handling, interviews, offers of employment. </li> <li> Support hire of consultants and temporary personnel, including choice of agency, agreements and rates. </li> <li> Contribute to annual plan for job fair/student gathering participation together with HR Generalist Team. </li> <li> Support development and maintenance of Personnel and Leadership handbooks </li> <li> Provide advice regarding Union Agreements, Special Agreements and general regulatory agreements. (OSA, HA, Verkstedoverenkomsten) </li> <li> Coordinate and support internal management training </li> <li> Initiate HR projects and support HR activities as defined in HR plan. </li> <li> Actively contribute to the HSE system at the workplace. </li> <li> Weekly/bi weekly progress reporting. </li> <li> Keep up to date on regulatory changes. </li> <li> Collaborate to team development. </li> <li> Any other tasks deemed necessary from time to time, including but not limited to assisting and covering for other HR team members when needed. </li> </ul><br><b> 4. Skills/Knowledge/Qualifications/Experience/Attributes </b> <br> <br> <b> Skills/Knowledge/Experience: </b><ul> <li> Minimum 5 year experience from generalist HR. </li> <li> Knowledge of employment law and regulations. </li> <li> Experience from Global Mobility processes. </li> <li> General business acumen and interest. </li> <li> High IT literacy, experience with ERP systems. </li> <li> Experience from negotiations and union relations </li> <li> Excellent verbal and written communication skills, in Norwegian and English. </li> </ul><br><b> Personal Attributes: </b><ul> <li> Energetic and flexible. </li> <li> Proactive. </li> <li> Solutions oriented and service minded. </li> <li> Independent with high work capacity. </li> <li> Strong ability to cooperate, seek advice as needed </li> <li> Ability to analyze complex situations and provide guidance to others. </li> <li> Drive to generate results, bring processes to conclusion - in team and independently. </li> <li> High level of integrity, dedicates time to professional development. </li> </ul><br><b> Formal Qualifications: </b><ul> <li> Relevant BSC/MSC degree. </li> </ul><br><b> Additional Information </b><br><br>Flexible work location, but frequent trips to Kristiansand/Forus will be required.
