<p>We are now looking for a <strong>Sales Enablement Executive (12 month FTC)</strong> to support the Sales Enablement and Sales Operations teams in delivering the Advertising and Jobs strategies and meeting revenue targets.</p>
<p>This is an administrative role that uses systems, particularly Salesforce, to ensure that our Advertising and Jobs operations are set up for success.</p>
<p><strong><u>About The Role</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You will be a key person in running inductions for new starters and people changing roles across all of the UK Advertising teams including Guardian Jobs</li>
<li>You will support the Sales Enablement team by loading priority and strategic prospects onto Salesforce daily</li>
<li>You will support the Enablement and Operations teams with data entry and checks</li>
<li>You will monitor and respond to incoming advertising enquiries via email and Chat, loading them as prospects where necessary</li>
<li>You will meet with various stakeholders to obtain feedback for continuous improvement of processes</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><u>About You:</u></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Experience of working to deadlines/in a pressurised environment</li>
<li>Strong IT skills - knowledge of Salesforce beneficial</li>
<li>Strong data-driven analytical and organisational skills</li>
<li>Excellent communication skills and confidence to work proactively on own and part of team</li>
<li>A deep understanding of the Guardian and what it stands for</li>
