Learning and Development Manager

<p>We are now looking for a <strong>Learning and Development Manager</strong> to be responsible for the design and delivery of learning and development programmes and performance management for employees across the business.</p>
<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Support the Head of on all leadership talent development initiatives to include talent mapping, succession planning and HiPo programmes.</li>
<li>Working closely with suppliers to design and create content to develop skills &amp; ensure programmes are in line with GMN values and the business strategy.</li>
<li>Conduct assessment of current offering and produce proposal on suggested improvements.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>About You</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven 4 years plus L&amp;D professional ideally with experience of working or knowledge of digital sector &amp; use of digital based development techniques/mediums.</li>
<li>Experience of designing and delivering internal leadership and management programmes.</li>
<li>Business acumen and appreciation/desire to learn about future trends &amp; bring new thinking.</li>
