<li>Performing business requirement analysis & effort estimation</li>
<li>Deliver the project or solution as per the baseline scope, cost & schedule</li>
<li>Maintain team &customer satisfaction levels</li>
<li>Ensure high quality delivery without escalations</li>
<li>Manage work assignments to meet deadlines under an aggressive schedule and in a high-</li>
<li>pressure environment</li>
<li>Write well designed, testable, efficient code as per given standard</li>
<li>Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications</li>
<li>Prepare and produce releases of software components</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>The ideal candidate’s personality and qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Project Management</li>
<li>Unix</li>
<li>SQL</li>
<li>Java, Kafka, Docker, Elasticsearch, Grafana, Promethus</li>
<li>Strong business requirement analysis capabilities</li>
<li>Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills</li>
<li>Delivery / Implementation experience of 5 years or more</li>
<li>Good verbal and written communication</li>
<li>Exposure to Telco CVML domain preferred</li>
<li>Good leadership qualities</li>
<li>Good documentation skills</li>
<li>Experience in Agile & Waterfall Project Delivery</li>
