As part of the team, you&rsquo;ll answer calls, research required information using available resources, and manage and resolve customer complaints. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:</p><p></p><ul><li>Support team to disrupt, improve and evolve ways of working when necessary.</li><li>Arrange and sponsor appropriate assignments and experiences to help people realise their potential and support their long-term aspirations.</li><li>Identify gaps in the market and spot opportunities to create value propositions.</li><li>Look for opportunities to scale efficiencies and new ways of working across multiple projects and environments.</li><li>Create an environment where people and technology thrive together to accomplish more than they could apart.</li><li>I promote and encourage others to value difference when working in diverse teams.</li><li>Drive and take ownership for developing connections that help deliver what is best for our people and stakeholders.</li><li>Influence and facilitate the creation of long-term relationships which add value to the firm.</li><li>Uphold the firm's code of ethics and business conduct.</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Job Requirements and Preferences</u></b><span>:</span></p><p><b><u>Basic Qualifications</u></b><span>:</span></p><p><b>Minimum Degree Required</b><span>:</span><br><span>Bachelor Degree</span></p><p><b>Minimum Years of Experience</b><span>:</span><br><span>10 year(s)</span></p><p><b><u>Preferred Qualifications</u></b><span>:</span></p><p><b>Preferred Knowledge/Skills</b><span>:</span></p><p>Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing in independence, risk management and quality to the firm and has an understanding of the regulatory landscape. </p><p>Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader performing functions that involve the application of independence regulations/policies to assess risk associated with Private Equity (PE) emphasizing the following areas:</p><ul><li>Serving as lead for PE Independence assessments team;</li><li>Serving as a consultant and provide oversight over PE Independence assessments team consultants to client service practitioners on scope-of-service independence matters and provide guidance based on existing policy and regulatory requirements; and,</li><li>Serving as the Scope of Services escalation point of contact for PE Client Independence Assessments and complex matters.</li></ul><p>Demonstrates thought leader-level abilities as a team leader, emphasizing in areas related to Independence-related policy consulting for a global network of professional consulting services firms by:</p><ul><li>Liaising with the Independence Office on consultations referred to or from the Independence Office;</li><li>Managing, reporting project status and escalating issues to team leader on assigned daily responsibilities as well as other team initiatives and process improvement efforts, with primary focus on the implementation of materiality assessments and quality review processes;</li><li>Being a direct point of contact with Private Equity clients, PwC account team leads and audit teams related to all matters involving materiality, affiliate determinations and IPO activity;</li><li>Collaborating with broader OFRO (One Firm Risk Organization) teams focused on Independence for training activities and strategic change initiatives;</li><li>Leading, coaching and developing other members of the team;</li><li>Utilizing attained independence-related knowledge and client-service experience to match rules to facts and then to make an authoritative decision;</li><li>Leveraging business writing skills to articulate PwC's services or document a position taken in a concise manner, especially as it involves required client and regulatory communications, project management, resource allocation, problem resolution, and presentation and communications development;</li><li>Working independently towards quality completion of projects, keeping supervisors apprised of progress;</li><li>Training staff on matters pertaining to the subject matter specialty;</li><li>Participating and/or leading special projects;</li><li>Working closely with and supporting team leaders and members on consultations or projects involving cross or multiple lines of service;</li><li>Developing and maintaining working relationships with client service teams within the various practices and become the focal point of contact for non-audit/non-attest scope-of-services and affiliate independence questions that may arise; and,</li><li>Being self-motivated and taking ownership of learning Independence policies to gain a deeper understanding and application of those policies and guidance to engagement situations and other initiatives.</li></ul></div><br><p>For positions in Colorado, visit the following link for information related to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act: <a href='https://pwc.to/coloradoifsdirector' style='color:
