Our Talent Acquisition Ops Manager has a key role in driving our efforts to attract, engage, hire, and advance top talent enterprise wide. In this role, you’ll partner collaboratively with the TA team and business stakeholders to help drive the world class deployment of the iCIMS talent cloud, oversee talent acquisition analytics/reporting, and lead critical programs and projects, including University recruiting, sourcing and engagement, new hire pre-onboarding, and candidate experience. You will have training and support from product experts at iCIMS while you become a Talent Cloud expert. This role has direct reports. Responsibilities Support the overall workflow strategy, deployment, and adoption of the full iCIMS Talent Cloud and all other TA technology. As an administrator for all products within the Talent Cloud, collaborate with the product and labs teams on upcoming releases to inform TA strategy and train users on new features. Complete routine updates within the TA tech stack, including user changes, field updates, workflow changes, dashboard updates, and integration enhancements, among others. Align with the hiring plan and ensure a sourcing/engagement process that yields diverse and full candidate pipelines to reduce time to fill. Partner with internal stakeholders to analyze aggregate DEI data to inform recruiting strategy. Track and analyze KPIs on a consistent basis and gather additional reporting, as needed. As a member of the “Customer 0” team, contribute to product discussions and provide thought leadership. Partner collaboratively within the organization to ensure a best in class hiring approach for our internship program. Ensure an effective, efficient, and engaging pre-onboarding program (from acceptance through first day), including optimization of our onboarding portal and background check process. Ensure all processes and touchpoints result in delighted candidates and hiring managers. Oversee all related surveys and identify trends for improvement. Ensure updated process documentation and training materials. Oversee TA scheduling, email inboxes and phone lines, as applicable. Serve as a project manager for critical TA initiatives. Provide ongoing training and coaching to support team development. Qualifications At least three years of experience as a people manager in talent acquisition. Advanced experience as an administrator for the iCIMS applicant tracking system. Candidate sourcing expertise including best practices for identifying and engaging with top talent. Demonstrated success designing technology workflows that support talent acquisition processes. Experience supporting programs and initiatives within the talent acquisition function. Experience collecting and analyzing KPIs to track success and inform decision making. Ability to quickly learn new technology, apply knowledge to identify new solutions to challenges, and effectively train other users. Ability to partner collaboratively within the organization to achieve objectives. Preferred Knowledge and experience with additional products within the iCIMS Talent Cloud. Compensation and Benefits The target total compensation for this role is $104,200 - $138,900 Your estimated compensation will be based upon your experience. iCIMS offers the following benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k), an open vacation policy, sick days, short-term disability, long-term disability, maternity/bonding and parental leave, tuition reimbursement, flexible savings accounts, paid holidays, life and AD&D insurance.
