Oracle Functional Consultant- Finance

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for three Business Systems Support Administrators. The BSSA will be r esponsible for providing functional support for the BSS F&A Application portfolio supporting the Business System Managers and Business System Team Lead. <br><br>The roles objective is to ensure the business is provided with high quality support related to maximizing commercial worth and minimizing risk by adhering to Wood policies and procedures.The incumbent would be working in US Shift hours. <br><br><b> Key Responsibilities: </b><br><ul><li> Act as the first point of contact and carry out problem diagnosis and resolution of user ERP and reporting issues </li><li> Ensure all weekly & monthly system routines are completed in a timely manner </li><li> Supports the Business System Lead in delivering successful projects and subsequent hypercare </li><li> Report back key issues, risks and challenges to the Business System Team Leads to allow formation of necessary business plans </li><li> Escalates and works with ERP technical resources for problems that cannot be resolved in-team </li><li> Produce documentation including procedures, process flows and instructions to support business queries and system changes </li><li> Ensure during system updates, enhancements or deployments, execute test scripts for System Integration testing and User Acceptance Testing </li><li> Provide user training and frontline user support including troubleshooting </li><li> Provide data maintenance & management support </li></ul> <br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br><b>Qualifications:</b> <br><ul><li> Educated to degree level or relevant equivalent years of experience (majoring in systems would be a bonus) </li><li> Qualified or working towards Accountancy preferred but not essential </li></ul><br> <b>Knowledge, skills and experience:</b> <br><ul><li> Previous experience in a similar role for Oracle EBS preferable but not essential </li><li> Able to effectively work with multi-disciplinary teams on regional and global levels </li><li> Identifies stakeholder needs and refers as appropriate </li><li> Self-motivating, able to assume responsibility over broad objectives, priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision </li><li> Able to articulate business benefits of systems </li></ul><br> <b>Personal attributes:</b> <br><ul><li> Able to effectively work with multi-disciplinary teams on regional and global levels.
