Curriculum Developer / Instructional Designer

<p><strong><u>Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</u></strong></p>

<p>The candidate&
39;s primary roles will be:</p>

<ul>
<li>Under the direction of the assigned unit Supervisor and a Sr. PD&amp;E Analyst, the candidate will provide professional consultation and expertise in training programs development and evaluation.</li>
<li>Carry out Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and working with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), develop eLearning and conventional technical courses for professional, job skills, and OJT programs.</li>
<li>Testing and evaluation of Company-wide technical training programs and provide curriculum development support functions for proponent organizations.</li>
<li>Remain current with innovative training technology where appropriate such as Smart Learning Environment (SLE) and Virtual Reality (VR).</li>
<li>Research, analyze and write studies, reports and proposals relating to training development and evaluation programs.</li>
<li>Deputize for the Group Leader in his/her absence.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver presentations to corporate level management.</li>

<p><strong><u>Requirements:</u></strong></p>

<p>Candidates should ideally hold a Bachelor Degree in one of the following disciplines: Education/Instructional Design, Engineering or Information Technology and a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in instructional design.</p>

<p>Industrial College Diploma in a relevant technical discipline and at least 8 years of work experience in training development is acceptable.</p>

<p>All candidates must be computer literate, comfortable with MS Office and ideally be expert in eLearning development using Articulate Storyline 360. Knowledge of Apple&
39;s iBook Author or Pages would be a plus.</p>

<p>Candidates must have excellent command of oral and written English.</p>
