<b> IRC217556 - HSE SUPERVISOR </b> <br> <br> At <b>Eni</b>, we are looking for a <b>HSE Supervisor </b>within <b>Eni Australi</b>a in Australia, <b> Northern Territories - 250km South of Darwin. </b> You will be responsible for facilitating delivery of all aspects of HSE support for all Blacktip operations as prescribed by regulatory requirements and Company HSE IMS. <br><br><b> About Eni Australia </b> <br> <br> We began working in the country in 2000 and are now active in the Exploration & Production sector through our subsidiary Eni Australia Ltd, in Gas & Power e Renewables. Exploration and production activities in the country are concentrated offshore northern Australia. We have a 100% share in production licence WA-33-L, which contains the Blacktip gas field. Regarding the appraisal and development stages, we hold a 100% and 72.2% share respectively in the NT/RL8 and NT/RL7 areas, which contain the Blackwood and Evans Shoal gas fields, respectively. <br> <br> The Blacktip gas field (Block WA-33-L) started-up in 2009 and produced approximately 36 bcf of year in 2019. The project is supported by an unmanned well head platform (WHP), which exports gas via a 108-kilometer long pipeline to an onshore treatment plant, Yelcheer Gas Plant (YGP) a capacity of 42 bcf of year. Natural gas extracted from this field is sold under a 25-year contract to supply local Australian company, Power & Water Utility Co. Elsewhere in the country, we have a non-operating share in the Darwin LNG plant, which is connected to the gas and condensate field in Bayu-Undan, located in Timor Leste waters. <br><br><b> As a member of </b><b> HSE at Eni Australia </b><b> you will be responsible for: </b> <br> <ul> <li> Ensuring implementation HSE Integrated Management System requirements at site facilities, onshore and offshore </li> <li> Identifying workplace hazards and assess HSE risks for identified job types associated with operations, ensuring that JHA and PTW process is effectively implemented </li> <li> Coordinating and supporting incident investigations as per Company methodology </li> <li> Carrying out HSE inspections of workplaces and control safety equipment functionality. </li> <li> Ensuring internal and external HSE reporting requirements are adhered to </li> <li> Monitoring HSE performance using key performance indicators and contributing to preparation of performance reports and management review </li> <li> Coordinating HSE training and assure competency compliance as required by regulatory requirements and Company HSE IMS, in collaboration with HRO department </li> <li> Supporting operational implementation of Process Safety and Emergency Preparedness procedures </li> <li> In liaison with the department managers, supporting inspections from the regulators (e.g. NOPSEMA/NT) to ensure comprehensive presentation of the HSE IMS, control plans and implementation </li> <li> Supervising contractors during operations to ensure HSE safety management system implementation and compliance with the Eni HSE Commitment Statement and Standards </li> <li> Performing of HSE internal audits in line with Company requirements, including HSE IMS Technical Audits, operational site audits (YGP, warehouse, marine base etc.) and contractor's operations </li> <li> Providing support to development of Safety Cases, revisions, monitor implementation and compliance </li> <li> Undertaking HSE risk and hazard management processes, including support of HAZID, HAZOP and MOC activities. </li> <li> Coordinating HSE meetings at site and ensure the delivery of toolbox talks before the commencement of the activity </li> </ul> <br><br><b> This is the opportunity for you if you have these skills and requirements </b> : <br> <ul> <li> Strong coordination and organisational skills </li> <li> Strong technical report writing skills </li> <li> Proactive approach with focus on compliance and continuous improvement </li> <li> Microsoft office skills with word, outlook and basic excel </li> <li> Hold or have the ability to obtain an MSIC and TBOSIET </li> <li> Degree/Diploma or formal Health & Safety Qualifications </li> <li> Previous experiences in HSE role </li> <li> Proven field experience in onshore/offshore Oil & Gas Industry - particular focus on production operations </li> </ul> <br><br><b> Location: </b> <br> <br> <b> Site based in Australia, Northern Territories - 250km South of Darwin. </b> <br> <br> <b> Contract type: </b> <br> <br> <b> 14 Days on | 14 Days off FIFO from Perth, WA. </b> <br> <br> <b> Ability to work at Offshore and Onshore O&G facilities. </b> <br><br>At Eni,<b> people are the key to our success</b>, which is why our values are focused on<b> diversity, and lifelong learning</b>. <br><br>Eni evaluates applications regardless of candidates' personal and cultural characteristics or orientations.
