<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Be able to demonstrate experience in coordinating personnel</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Maintaining strong relationships with our clients and professionals.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Managing and overseeing internal processes</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Excellent face to face, verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Overseeing compliance for candidates/ clients to ensure the best service is provided.</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>An ability to plan and prioritise your own workload</li>
<li style=''box-sizing: border-box;''>Experience working in the Drilling or Marine industries is preferred but not essential. </li>
