Our team provides support for customer operations to ensure continuity for production.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>You will play an essential role in driving down Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and increase First Time Yield (FTY). You will support all on site quality needs and audit requests.<br><br>Promoting a quality culture throughout the business cultivating and growing people to be passionate about continuous improvement. You will communicate our defect free millstones and celebrate our improvement success.<br><br>As a Lead Project Quality Engineer, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Acting as primary point of contact for audits and quality-related issues ensuring corrective actions are implemented<br></li><li>Building cross-functional Root Cause Analysis (RCA) techniques by enhancing the use of corrective and preventative actions.<br></li><li>Being the focal point for quality issues. Engaging stakeholders to review product and process nonconformities.<br></li><li>Conducting Necessary Condition Analysis (NCA) / Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations, ensure effective containment, correction, corrective action and preventative action to be completed in a timely manner to close NCR.<br></li><li>Communicating with customer and internal functions to influence the approach and meet quality and continuous improvement objectives<br></li><li>Capturing, analysing and tracking cost of Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and developing improvement plans to enable the business to reach its goals.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br> <br><ul><li>Have proven experience in a Quality Operations role.<br></li><li>Have experience in QMS and audit processes and a deep understanding of compliance requirements including ISO9001:2015.<br></li></ul><br><br><b>Work in a way that works for you</b><br><br>We recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
