<p>To continue our growth and success, we have a requirement for an experienced Recruitment Specialist with either an engineering or commercial background and a proven record within our industry.</p>

<p>You will be ambitious and driven to succeed, with a desire to develop a reputation for delivering quality permanent, contract and contractor management services to clients, candidates and contractors.</p>

<p>Are you willing to:</p>

<p>&middot;Recruit permanent and contract admin, commercial and engineering personnel at all levels;</p>

<p>&middot;Identify, source and screen candidates through an internal database, social media, jobsites and networking;</p>

<p>&middot;Liaise with candidates and clients regarding interviews and references</p>

<p>&middot;Negotiate terms &amp; conditions under company guidelines;</p>

<p>&middot;Maintain and develop client, candidate and contractor relationships;</p>

<p>&middot;Provide an excellent, professional and friendly service;</p>

<p>&middot;Develop and increase market knowledge.</p>
