Job Overview & Requirements

<p><b>Property Services </b>is a Hampshire County Council <b>in-house team</b> of multi-disciplinary construction <b>professionals and specialist support staff </b>delivering a range of property functions ranging from new build, refurbishments, and extensions through to maintenance and compliance activities. It encompasses the HCC estate and those of our partner organisations and will include schools, offices, libraries, fire stations and police premises.</p>
<p><br />
In this role you will be assist with the <b>design and delivery</b> of planned mechanical services improvements/extensions and repairs including <b>supervising works</b> on site for a range of public buildings, taking the mechanical engineering <b>lead on smaller projects</b>.  </p>
<p><br />
As part of the role you will liaise with building end users which could be schools, care homes, libraries, countryside estate, or external clients such as Hampshire Police and Hampshire Fire Rescue Service.  </p>
