Facility Efficiency & Gas Turbine Quality Specialist

As Gas Turbine Quality Specialist, you will be accountable for Vibo Valentia Gas Turbine line industrialization and for ensuring high quality standard in Gas Turbine products. You will support all Manufacturing activities to drive Gas Turbine products activities as a flow production.<br><br>You will be also a Facility Efficiency Specialist both for Smile Project and execute projects for net zero roadmap, managing the planning for utilities team.<br><br><b>Essential Responsibilities</b><br><br>As Gas Turbine Quality Specialist, you will:<br><ul><li>Develop projects to reduce financial impacts due to quality issue on jobs, targeting specific YoY reduction of CoQ overall and CoQ per hour.</li><li>Assure a robust plan of actions to reduce defect numerosity on Gas Turbine components</li><li>Assess operating rhythm for Manufacturing Gas Turbine Quality team NCA and RCA completion</li><li>Assure robust plan and effectiveness of Corrective Actions / Preventive Actions completion</li><li>Strongly support on Improvement & Quality Sessions work</li><li>Develop actions and projects to constantly reduce Escaping Defects</li><li>Support Gas Turbine line quality inspector</li></ul><br><br>As Facility efficiency specialist you will be responsible for research and experimental development of SMILE PROJECT Drive
