The team has an impressive track record working with a diverse range of clients across all industries, including some of the world’s largest blue chip organisations and public sector organisations. </b></p><p><b> </b></p><p><b>We are looking for experienced Senior Change Managers to join our dynamic and growing team and help our clients manage large scale transformations. This includes managing change on a global scale to enable people to adopt new technology, processes, behaviours and ways of working. As part of this, you could be working on engagements that focus on:</b></p><p></p><p>1) Embedding digital tools and increasing adoption of new technologies such as Workday, SAP, Oracle or Salesforce</p><p>2) Enabling functional transformation such as HR or Finance</p><p>3) Managing change, communications and training through a restructure, a new operating model or an integration, including a deal or Merger &amp; Acquisition (M&amp;A)</p><p>4) Assessing and measuring organisational culture and behaviours</p><p>5) Communicating changes to employee benefits, reward and pensions </p><p></p><p><b>Specific responsibilities for the Change Management Senior Manager include but are not limited to:</b></p><ul><li><p>Oversee and lead the delivery of multiple large scale change programmes, helping to put in place innovative solutions to solve client problems.</p></li><li><p>Play a key role in helping the business grow through leading business development activities such as identifying opportunities with new or existing clients and leading proposal and bid teams.</p></li><li><p>Develop and manage a wide internal PwC network, and foster long term client relationships built on trust. </p></li><li><p>Take a leading role in developing the practice through developing propositions, identifying new tools and technology and contributing to thought leadership.</p></li><li><p>Develop, coach and upskill more junior members of the team, both through leading teams to deliver client work, as well as through more informal mentoring relationships.</p></li></ul><p> </p><p><b>Preferred skills and experience:</b></p><ul><li><p>Extensive experience working on large scale change management projects and programmes, ideally in a consulting organisation or in an internal consultant role</p></li><li><p>Experience leading programmes that include technology change and adoption </p></li><li><p>Experience of managing multiple change programme across geographies with differing needs and stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Thorough understanding of change management challenges, opportunities, methodologies and frameworks.</p></li><li><p>Significant experience in a leadership role and the ability to lead, motivate and manage diverse teams to deliver high quality results.</p></li><li><p>Experience in leading and managing bids and proposals including scoping work, fees and margins</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of, and experience in, managing the financial elements of client engagements such as profitability.</p></li><li><p>Deep understanding of change management trends, emerging practices and an ability to promote innovative ideas and solutions. </p></li><li><p>Exceptional communications skills and the ability to tell powerful and compelling stories.</p></li></ul><br /><p><strong>Not the role for you?</strong><br />Did you know PwC offer <a href="http://pwctrk.co.uk/tp/rj6_YRe1p-J.K" rel="no-follow">flexible contract</a> arrangements as well as <a href="http://pwctrk.co.uk/tp/rj6_uo6An.J.K" rel="no-follow">contingent work</a> (ie temporary or day rate contracting)?<br /><br /><strong>The skills we look for in future employees</strong><br />All our people need to demonstrate the skills and behaviours that support us in delivering our business strategy.
