39;s skills to drive success for our clients today. </p><p></p><p><b>Who are we looking for?</b></p><p></p><p>We are looking for self-motivated individuals to join this rapidly growing area of Operate as a Learning and Development Associate.</p><p></p><p><b>The Role</b></p><p></p><ul><li><p>Deliver highly effective learning content using adult learning principles and instructional design theory</p></li><li><p>Help define learning objectives and key learning points, and ensure they are addressed by the learning solution, in conjunction with programme leader and/or development team</p></li><li><p>Facilitate learning design meetings with internal stakeholders for assigned projects with support from more experienced team members</p></li><li><p>Provide expert design consultation on individual projects – overall training High Level Design / interactivity / learning materials / technology (tools &amp; infrastructure) possibilities and limitations </p></li><li><p>Delivery of training and learning solutions both virtually and face to face</p></li><li><p>Utilise existing PwC processes and instructional design strategies for delivering different types/methods of training using the range of PwC tools available</p></li><li><p>Work with Service Offering and Industry Sector Subject Matter Experts on requirements for developing training, including design best practices, using required templates, design and development frameworks etc</p></li><li><p>Share knowledge with the wider Global PwC Learning &amp; Development community.</p></li><li><p>Create, identify and respond to opportunities to provide learning design and development support to new L&amp;D initiatives across PwC Operate</p></li><li><p>Prioritise work, in conjunction with other relevant parties, to meet agreed requirements in a timely and effective manner</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Essential criteria:</b></p><ul><li><p>An understanding of and passion for Adult Learning</p></li><li><p>Experience of designing and or delivering high quality Learning solutions</p></li><li><p>A Customer Service Offering focus– understanding the clients needs and keeping them in mind when taking actions or making decisions.</p></li><li><p>Analytical skills – effective identification of issues and the application of sound conclusions resulting in the right solution, at the right time.</p></li><li><p>Proactive follow-up and monitoring – checking progress against targets, reporting as necessary and taking action to resolve exceptions.</p></li><li><p>Be a team player, with the ability to help the team out with whatever is required and share learning and best practice with others.</p></li><li><p>Ability to work in a strategic way with the ability to keep overall strategies and goals in mind</p></li><li><p>Excellent organisational skills including time management and prioritisation</p></li><li><p>Ability to adapt to changing business needs - delivery demands, technology changes, material refreshes</p></li><li><p>Ability to build relationships and integrate well with multiple stakeholders including senior stakeholders</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>What’s in it for you? </b></p><p></p><p>As we’re responsive to client demands, your role will be varied and challenging, providing you with an opportunity to work with a wide variety of clients.
