You’ll work on interesting and varied assignments – from helping a company identify attractive new markets, advising a private equity client on game‑changing investments, to supporting industry leaders solve their toughest corporate and mergers and acquisitions challenges.</p><p></p><p>We organise ourselves in two market-winning teams – Corporate Strategy and Mergers and Acquisitions (M&amp;A) Strategy. We work together to bring the best to our clients, and we offer a unique, powerful, and distinctive combination of capabilities that allows us to develop and deliver world-class strategies.</p><p></p><p>As a graduate you’ll be aligned to one of our two teams, but occasionally you’ll experience working in both as we often resource projects together, providing you the opportunity to transfer your skills across our Strategy&amp; practice.</p><p></p><p><b>Programme</b></p><p>Our graduate training programme is underpinned by a development framework that broadens and deepens your knowledge. 39;ll learn from hands-on coaching and an outstanding variety of work, picking up business, personal and technical skills you can use across the network, and throughout your career.</p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll do</b></p><p>As an Associate you’ll work with your team to create new approaches to difficult problems, bringing a new perspective compared to your seniors. Depending on the project, you may be required to develop and deliver presentations, analyse large quantities of data, conduct interviews with subject matter experts, or more. Every day will bring about new opportunities and challenges, and no two projects are the same. </p><p></p><p><b>What you’ll gain</b></p><p>Our graduate programme offers an invaluable experience, with structured training and a real focus on your personal development. We seek candidates who are passionate about solving business problems, proactive, and have the potential to learn and grow within our firm.</p><p></p><p>Specifically, you will need:</p><p>To have or be on course for a 2.1 degree or above in any subject. We determine whether you&
39;re on course for a 2.1 based on the grades you achieved in your last completed year of academic study</p><p>Relevant work experience and/or internships, demonstrating transferable skills to consulting</p><p>Leadership roles and extracurricular activities such as voluntary work, sporting attainment, musical accomplishment and entrepreneurial interests</p><p>Effectiveness in the use of computer tools, e.g. Excel and PowerPoint are desirable</p><p>Business-level fluency in English.</p><p></p><p><b>How to Apply</b></p><p>Complete an online application form and submit a cover letter and CV.</p><p>We’d recommend you make an ‘open’ application to both teams.
