<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>Prospectus are excited to be working exclusively with our client to help them recruit a Senior Individual Giving Fundraiser to join their growing team. Our client&nbsp;is the only UK Charity dedicated to improving the lives of people with scleroderma and Raynaud's phenomenon. Their aim is to improve awareness and understanding of these conditions, to support those affected, fund ground breaking research and ultimately, to find a cure.</p>
<p>This role is offered on a full-time permanent basis paying between £28,000 to £32,000 per annum with flexible hybrid working arrangements.</p>
<p>The post holder will work with the Head of Fundraising &amp; Communications to implement and shape the existing strategy for individual giving and in memory fundraising to increase the retention, acquisition and lifetime value of their supporters. They will be responsible for growing the individual giving and in memory income by building on and developing the current programme. The post holder will develop and deliver effective and engaging fundraising propositions and campaigns across all platforms, online, offline and social media.</p>
<p>They are looking for someone who has experience working in individual giving and/or direct marketing with a proven track record of achieving financial targets and key objectives. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of donor acquisition and retention strategies, and of delivering appeals and campaigns both established and new.</p>
