<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"> <p><strong>A fantastic Supporter Engagement Manager position has arisen within a friendly &amp; supportive health related charity based in Bath.</strong></p><p>The Supporter Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and implementing initiatives to engage individuals and encourage them to support the charity financially.</p><p>This includes the planning and execution of individual giving campaigns, management and development of the charity&rsquo;s membership programmes, legacy marketing and supporter stewardship and retention.</p><p>The role reports to the Head of Supporter Engagement and is responsible for managing a team of four and an income budget of &pound;1m.</p><p>The successful candidate will have experience of developing and delivering a cross-channel direct marketing programme, ideally within a charity or membership organisation and will have hands-on experience of managing customer/ supporter acquisition, development and retention campaigns.
