This is a permanent position which would entail teaching managing all boarding staff and teaching your specialised subject. <br /> <br />Essential: A successful and proven background in a boarding environment, with strong experience managing and leading staff. The ability to teach a subject at senior level would be essential. <br /> <br />Desired: A postgraduate degree and a background in the independent sector would be a bonus, however, this is certainly not essential. <br /> <br />The school believe in cultivating a friendly, warm atmosphere where students and staff alike feel comfortable and supported.
