<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p><strong>School Outreach Worker</strong></p><p> </p><p>Are you an experienced teacher who would be keen to take on a different role where you will still work closely with students and schools but not need to teach (or plan, or mark, or manage behaviour……..the list goes on)?</p><p> </p><p>Would you be keen to work with children at risk from exclusion from mainstream schooling and help them back to enjoying their education?</p><p> </p><p>Tradewind are working in partnership with a fantastic Multi Academy Trust who are looking to appoint several Outreach Workers starting in September!</p><p> </p><p><strong>***Outreach Worker role - suitable for all qualified and experienced teachers</strong></p><p><strong>***Temporary to permanent contract - Permanent role starts 1st July 2022</strong></p><p><strong>***H5 Hertfordshire salary on term time contract over 37 hours </strong></p><p><strong>***Rewarding role where you will be able to support students and schools</strong></p><p> </p><p><strong>The Outreach Worker role:</strong></p><p> </p><p>Working with a highly successful St Albans SEN School you will work a location within Hertfordshire where you will work with students, their families and schools in order to support them through a difficult part of their life with the end goal being to keep them in mainstream education.
