Sr. Talent Development Training Manager

Job Overview As the Senior Talent Development Training Manager, you will be focused on building and developing personalized learning journeys for iCIMS employees early in their career and all employees to help build business foundation skills aligned to prioritized business initiatives. You will support creating an engaging and continuous learning culture that adapt to technologies and digital learning that help employees develop skills in a global hybrid work environment. In this role you will also assess training needs, design engaging learning experiences and deliver high quality programming that drives great results targeted to early career progression and individual contributor mobility. Responsibilities Assess development gaps, design, and deliver enterprise-wide learning experiences lending to professional skill development to a hybrid, global workforce through multiple delivery modalities. Work with Talent Acquisition team on incoming early career talent to properly plan intern/full-time programming throughout the year, as well as participating in intern conversion process to ensure alignment with broader EC hiring strategy. Manage design and execution of iCIMS Summer Internship Program logistics including onboarding, assimilation, upskilling development, and performance management. Execute the onboarding and learning & development programmatic strategy for new college graduates (iCIMS Early Career Program) entering the organization to assist with transition from college to corporate, driving engagement & retention. Create second-to-nonexperiential learning paths that will be a combination of structured learnings (synchronous and asynchronous), formal and informal opportunities to learn from peer and practice on-the-job. Provide teambuilding and training & development support during full department team meetings when appropriate. Design, create and maintain scorecards to monitor and analyze KPI's to improve our programs' success. Collaborate with appropriate functional enablement leaders as needed to provide insight and support on programming. Qualifications At least 5 years of experience with professional skills development to influence early career development programming Experience with LMS platforms and e-authoring tools. Building and presenting hybrid learning through formal and informal formats, adapting to different technologies & methodologies in training industry. Excellent consultative communication and interpersonal skills are a must. Articulates thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely, persuasively & inclusively with all levels of the business. Ability to work effectively within a fast paced, changing environment that is going through high growth. Demonstrated customer orientation and ability to partner with other members of the Talent organization, business leaders and program participants. Strategic planning and project management skills are essential with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while paying close attention to detail.
