The Head of HR, North America Strategic Partnership Group is responsible for providing leadership in support of strategic sector, enterprise, and OneHR priorities across North America. This role serves as a people leader, manages the regional portfolio of work, has ownership of individual engagements, collaborates across regional and global HR stakeholders, and partners with other regional SPG Heads to deliver global SPG strategy. This role reports into the Head of HR NA Service Delivery & Enterprise Solutions, will be a member of that leadership team, and will also be a member of the Global SPG leadership team. Responsibilities Motivate, coach, and lead a team of individual contributors. Active support in career advancement and development opportunities for direct reports. Responsible for team effectiveness and capability building. Manage the regional portfolio of work, including demand planning, resource allocation, and metrics and reporting. Drive continuous improvement and effectiveness to support an agile way of working. Partner with key HR stakeholders to define engagement scope and business impact. Partner with AP-EMEA-LATAM SPG Heads to design and deliver Global SPG strategy and connectivity. Possess a commitment to learn, share ideas, and best practices across SPG and HR community. Qualifications A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required. A minimum of 6 years’ professional experience required. Business Unit HR or Talent Management related experience is preferred. People leadership experience is preferred. Global leadership experience is preferred. This position is located in New Brunswick, NJ or Tampa, FL.
