Johnson & Johnson is recruiting a HR Senior Manager / Business Partner - Consumer Health & Enterprise Functions - LAS , to located in Buenos Aires, Argentina. Position Description: This HRBP will have a double hat having responsibility for Consumer Health and Enterprise Functions HR support in Latin America Southern Cluster. He/She will be a people leader having responsibility to manage a PG 26 HR leader. The HRBP will work close to our Commercial leaders, supporting their development as individuals and as a team, helping the advancement of our commercial strategy through people and influencing the teams’ success. Your responsibilities will include Coaching Leaders, Change Management, Organization Design, Talent Strategy and Workforce Planning. In this role, He/She will be key to build and influence change plans based on thorough understanding of the organization´s business needs, strategy, and value drivers and accompanying relevant analysis. You’ll also be in charge of driving the Digital First agenda implementation from an HR perspective. Key Responsibilities: Coaching Leaders. Change Management. Organization and Job Design. Talent Strategy, including Succession Planning and Capabilities Development. Workforce Planning. Calificaciones Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree completed is required. Solid experience in HR Partnering is required. Solid experience in Change Management is required. Solid experience attending Sales, Marketing and Enterprise Functions as HR Business Partner is required. Solid experience serving multiple locations as HR Business Partner, especially Argentina is required. Fluent/Advanced in English is required. Solid experience in Talent Management and Organizational Development is desirable. Prior experience managing people is desirable. Prior experience with Consumer Health Industry is desirable. Availability to work in Buenos Aires is required. Skills: Understanding of business/financial principles and process and how they apply to the clients business to maximize the effectiveness of HR interactions and activities Experience in connecting with Senior Leadership of the organization and successfully shaping and leading an integrated talent strategy based on labor market dynamics and business requirements is vital. Organizational savvy, maturity of judgment, and personal resilience are also critical requirements in the context of our dynamic and challenging environment. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects successfully in a changing environment. Proven record of strategic view and ability to influence Sr Leadership.
