The successful candidate will be joining the Primary Team which is currently expanding and initially will work alongside the team helping to resource new Primary Teachers and TAs to work with our client schools. The role will require good literacy skills to be able to effectively write adverts and communicate via email. You will need strong interpersonal skills and be able to quickly develop and maintain excellent working relationships with candidates and other team members.</p><p>Your role will then develop at a pace that suits you an if you want too, into a full 360 Recruitment role where you will develop and expand your own desk, assisting your Primary school client's to find the staff they need.</p><p>The role would suit a person who enjoys working in a fast paced environment, you will need to be willing to dig deep and work hard. Recruitment is not for the faint hearted, you will be challenged by both your clients and candidates and you will need to be able to think on your feet and create solutions quickly.
