<p>My client is the incredible Head Teacher of a warm & supportive 3-form entry Primary School in Tower Hamlets. She is searching for a superstar graduate who can fulfil the duties of an Unqualified/ Trainee Primary Teacher role with an ASAP 2022 start.</p>
<p>This is a rare and unique opportunity for a bright, articulate and ambitious aspiring Primary Teacher to spend the academic year working across all 3 Key Stages (mainly EYFS) as a Cover Supervisor prior to starting formal, salaried Teacher Training.</p>
<p>The school are proud to be able to offer bespoke in-house salaried Teacher training and have successfully supported candidates who have developed into exceptional practitioners.</p>

<li>1^st class/ 2:1 degree holders from top UK universities</li>
<li>Russell Group & Oxbridge graduates are of interest</li>
<li>An academic background of A*-B grades</li>
<li>Previous child-related/ classroom experience is essential – at least 1yr</li>
<li>You must be confident in your ability to lead a class of 30 children</li>
<li>Sound knowledge of the National Curriculum</li>
<li>Bright, articulate, confident & dedicated</li>
<li>A graduate who welcomes challenges and takes onboard feedback</li>
