Their sustainability experts believe in business as the solution to a zero-carbon economy, not the problem, so with a focus on action and impact, they activate, the power of data and the logic of evidence-based sustainability, to create long-term change that also delivers business value for their Clients. <br /><br /> Based in central London, they are a rapidly growing business, with a warm culture and a shared passion for sustainability.<br /><br /></p><br /><br />THE ROLE<br /><br /><p>My Client is on a mission to help the financial services industry use its power to drive carbon reduction and ESG improvements in the wider economy. <br /> This means real, actionable carbon reduction, so my Client is looking for an F/S marketeer who shares their mission to create a zero carbon world.<br /><br /> You will need to have a good understanding of how the B2B financial services industry works and be comfortable working in a small, entrepreneurial team, getting involved in both the planning and execution of projects.<br /> You will be part of a 'sector' team responsible for growing the customer-base in the financial services sector in the UK, Europe and US. <br /> Reporting to the Marketing Director you will also be part of the marketing team that includes three managers focusing on other sectors and products, two designers and a prospecting team.<br /><br /> Your role will be to 'own' the financial services sector marketing plan - this will include audience prioritisation, market sizing, competitive positioning, messaging and marketing communication plans (all supported by the sector, product and sales teams).<br /><br /> Output will include Webinars, conference sponsorships, Thought Leadership pieces for website, LI campaigns.......<br /><br /></p><br /><br />YOU<br /><br /><p>What is my Client looking for:<br /><br /> -4+ years of B2B marketing experience including 2 years marketing to fund managers and the wider financial services community - or working in a financial services institution.<br /> · Some marketing reporting experience.<br /> · Content publishing - writing, managing and posting.<br /> · Event/ Webinar management.<br /> · Experience working with creatives to create compelling digital assets.<br /> - Corporate ESG/Sustainability knowledge would be v useful!!
