<p>We are looking for a graduate to join our Portfolio Optimisation team who is passionate about using data creatively. If successful, you will have exposure across all areas of Portfolio Optimisation with a particular focus on transforming data ready for consumption, building out data models and KPIs, and presenting clear & insightful dashboards for the functions to use. The Portfolio Optimisation function creates competitive advantage through industry leading Decision Making enabled by comprehensive data and cross functional analytics to facilitate and support the underwriting process.</p>
<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>
<p>The successful candidates will have a very varied role and will include a number of tasks working with members of the team to support:</p>
<ul>
<li>To help drive a creative approach to our comprehensive data and cross function analytics,</li>
<li>Identify and deliver against a target portfolio of risks</li>
<li>Improve the quality of predictions for Underwriting within the Insurance & Reinsurance teams,</li>
<li>Work with the team to develop the ability to design, build and deploy ways for interrogating data</li>
<li>Expose Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from within all areas of Convex</li>
<li>Help lead insight discovery and drive adoption and value through outputs for the end user.</li>
<li>Use your strong problem solving skills, potentially including DAX/data modelling, to apply to business solutions.</li>
<li>Focus on driving creative technical development</li>
