<b>Would you like to develop world-class HR Technology skills?</b><br><br><b>Do you like to improve our HR model?</b><br><br><b>Join our HR team!</b><br><br>Our Human Capital & Technology Team provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities.<br><br><b>Partner with the best</b><br><br>Our team partners with the business to provide reporting insight and to continuously improve our processes and performance. The role will report to Nordic HR Leader and support all companies in the Nordic region together with the wider team locally and globally.<br><br>As an HR Partner - Human Capital & Technology, you will be responsible for:<br> <br><ul><li>Managing aspects of employee relations and HR strategy execution</li><li>Advising employees, people leaders of the HR function regarding approaches, processes and procedures to solve complex issues in a timely fashion</li><li>Coaching and guide leaders and management</li><li>Leading/Participating in employee relations investigations; ensure documentation is legally sound, compliant and properly archived to support future actions (if needed)</li><li>Mitigating legal risk to the organization through proactive coaching, training and education, clear systems and processes for managing conflicts with and between employees</li><li>Using financial acumen and analytical skills to provide insights and make decisions in support of the project completion and collaborate effectively with cross functional key stakeholders</li><li>Shaping accountability for team development, performance coaching, engagement and empowerment to people leaders in line with Baker Hughes core values</li></ul><br><br><b>Fuel your passion</b><br><br>To be successful in this role you will:<br><ul><li>Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with proven HR Partner experience</li><li>Be willing to learn from experience, and subsequently apply that learning to perform successfully under new or first-time conditions</li><li>Be able to deliver what is required to advance the company; takes ownership of work from start to 100% finished</li><li>Be in-charge of the room, establishes clear directions in all forms of communication, be inclusive, motivating, and in service to others</li><li>Have good oral and written communication skills
