<p>WORKDAY REPORTING ANALYST - Remote</p>

<p>The Workday Reporting Analyst supports our Talent Analytics function to support the Workday Conversion Project - Reporting Workstream. This role requires effective and persistent partnership with regional and functional HR Stakeholders and our consulting support vendor to deliver reporting templates within Workday.<br />

In this role you will report to the Manager - Labor Market Intelligence &amp; Talent Analytics on a journey of building consolidated and standardized global reports. You will engage with clients &amp; partners in our centers of excellence, internal and external project teams, and drive You will be supported by a team with a shared commitment to creating an inclusive work environment, where all voices are heard and valued.<br />

Responsibilities</p>

<ul>
<li>Design, build and support testing of Workday reports and dashboards using knowledge of report writer, embedded analytics and future report-specific functionality</li>
<li>Develop and document requirements and functional specifications; develop test conditions; conduct acceptance testing and implement solutions</li>
<li>Collaborate regionally and globally for gathering reporting requirements and approach for consolidated reports with prompts</li>
<li>Develop Workday custom reports and enhancements</li>
<li>Knowledge of Workday Reporting data sources, business objects, and related business objects as well as creating calculated fields.</li>
<li>Knowledge a report sharing and Workday security</li>
<li>Assist with troubleshooting reporting performance, defects, and inquiries</li>

Required Qualifications</p>

<ul>
<li>Proficiency in Workday HCM report writing (advanced Workday Report Writer, Dashboards, Calculated Fields, Composite, Matrix). Certification is preferred</li>
<li>Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy</li>
<li>Proven ability to perform with a high degree of accuracy and with highly confidential data</li>
<li>Working knowledge of HR information system modules, including experience in designing, building, and testing reports</li>
<li>Strong problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills</li>
<li>Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution</li>
<li>Experience with AWS Redshift is preferred</li>
</ul>

The ideal candidate that would be best suited for this role is likely a contract worker or consultant who has completed a minimum of 1 Workday conversion with a Workday report writer certification or 3+ Workday conversions.<br />
<br />
The resource needs will solely be working on the system conversion project under the hiring manager (HM) while the HM leads the Global Reporting workstream with an outside consulting firm assisting. Reports and dashboards in Workday. There may be some assistance needed when we build data feeds or integrations (SAP, AWS Redshift, SQL would be helpful technical skills for those activities), but that would be later in the process, and after potential contract renewal.</p>
