As part of the Compensation and Benefits organization within Human Resources, the Senior Analyst, Data & Analytics/Admin Management will support talent analytics and governance/oversite for people cost levers (compensation and benefits) outside of North America. This role reports to the International Total Rewards Manager and is an integral member of the International Segment HR team, Talent COE and Total Rewards COE. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Analyze and report on total cost of talent for the International Segment Report and analyze total cost of organization (including compensation and benefit related expenses) for the International Segment, in partnership with local HR and finance teams Create routines for data sharing and cost visibility Partner with local HR teams and HR Operations (HRBOA) to ensure all data is accurately tracked in Workday Analyze levers and opportunities for efficiencies in partnership with local HR and finance teams Manage HR analytics requests for the International Segment Proactively identify opportunities to drive greater organizational impact through analytics Develop actionable and timely insights ensuring appropriate analyses and analytic methodologies for the business question Define workforce research initiative objectives based on the business question, develop a plan to address those objectives, execute the appropriate analysis/analytics, develop insights & implications and leverage storytelling to communicate to HR leaders and decision-makers Connect the dots across internal and external data sources needed to reach well rounded conclusions Bring new thinking and innovative workforce insight practices based on experience and from external best practice sources Help instill an analytic mindset among HRBPs Support standard interpretation, output and use of workforce data (one version of people truth) Support HR data & reporting governance processes and ensure applicable governance standards are followed Benefit program analysis for all countries outside U.S. and Canada Own the inventory of benefit offerings by country Partner with International Total Rewards Manager on oversite, governance and program reviews of global benefit programs Develop, in partnership with International Total Rewards Manager, and execution of reporting and dashboard analysis Project management and project participation for assigned projects Lead all aspects of assigned projects, including building work plans, engaging internal and external team members, prioritizing and assigning tasks, identifying and mitigating risks, and bringing projects to successful completion Collaborate across HR on programs, initiatives, and issue resolution MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 5-7 years relevant experience Superior skills in quantitative analysis, including advanced skills in Excel, and other database tools In-depth understanding of statistics and modeling approaches applied to solve workforce challenges and optimize practices Tech savvy and the ability to leverage tools such as Workday, Excel, Tableau, R, Python, or other statistical software packages. Experience in designing and analyzing workforce surveys and extracting insight. Deep understanding of HR practices and data Strong business and financial acumen and experience managing analytics and cost modeling Strong client relationship and presentation skills Drive for process management and improvement Strong project and process management skills PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Experience managing HR analysis globally (coving multiple countries and regions) Experience providing support to one or more client groups and managing competing priorities Ability to work at and influence at all levels of the organization Experience in Workday ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. General Mills will not sponsor applicants for a U.S. work visa. International relocation or international remote working arrangements (outside of the US) will not be considered.
