HSSE Administrator

<b> Overview / Responsibilities </b><br><br>Wood is currently recruiting for an HSSE&S Administrator to support its Renewable Energy & Power buiness group. The role supports health, safety, security, environmental and sustainability functions on construction projects located throughout the Americas and the United Kingdom. Success requires education, training, and experience necessary to support effective training programs, program implementation, personnel management, and development and reporting of leading and lagging Key Performance Indicators. <br><br> The role will support continuous improvement efforts of the overall HSSE&S program, including innovative ways to track and trend Key Performance Indicators, support of the organization's ongoing efforts to remain a learning organization, support development of performance solutions, and the capacity to drive efficient, accurate and timely reporting and recordkeeping efforts to meet client and regulatory agency requirmeents. <br><br> The role requires commensurate experience within diverse teams, meeting challenging performance demands, working cooperatively with construction personnel and client representatives at all levels, and possess advanced written and oral communication skills. This role will interact with HSSE&S Project Leads and Managers. <br><br><b> Key responsibilities: </b><br><br> The role relies on the ability and commitment to support implementation and affect a positive safety culture at all levels of the enterpirse that inlcude: <br><ul><li> Support Wood enterprise HSSE&S initiatives and programs </li><li> Support project HSSE&S execution plans </li><li> Compile data and reports of KPIs to assess HSSE&S field performance </li><li> Support data collection and reporting of sustainbility efforts </li><li> Maintain the integrity of all acquired metrics </li><li> Support the Wood Safety Shield Program </li><li> Support the HSSE&S training and competency process </li></ul><br><br><b> Skills / Qualifications </b><br><br>The successful candidate shall: <br><ul><li> Possess a minimum of 2 years of progressive performance responsibility </li><li> Ability to support complex teams and projects </li><li> Possess advanced written and verbal communication skills </li><li> Committed to a high level of integrity for data compilation and reporting, as well as upholding enterprise policy </li><li> Proven ability to self-direct and complete tasks on-time with minimal oversight </li><li> Must possess an advanced working knowledge of Microsoft programs (e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook) </li></ul><br><br><b> Company Overview </b><br><br>Wood is a global leader in engineering and consultancy across energy and the built environment, helping to unlock solutions to some of the world's most critical challenges.
