<b>Primary Purpose of Job</b><br />
Conduct incident analysis and technical studies for the purpose of preventing HSE incidents and ensure that all offshore operations incidents&middot; are effectively and professionally managed inline with the Corporate and inter-departmental Standards and Procedures.<br />
<br />
<b>Education</b><br />
Degree in Engineering/ Science or HND with recognized safety courses such as NEBOSH Diploma/General Certificate/ Diploma or Degree in Industrial Safety/safety Management. &bull; Certification /accreditation in the use of an incident analysis tool (e.g Tripod Beta} &bull; Successful completion of other mandatory HSE Trainings/Awareness Programs.<br />

<b>Experience &amp; Skills</b><br />
Skills &bull; Ability to apply knowledge and expertise using professional techniques, to solve HSE incident related issues &bull; Good investigation skills, good analytical, data interpretation and compilation skills, good computer knowledge. &bull; Good leadership, command and control skills &bull; Good presentation, training, and negotiation skills. &bull; Ability to communicate well orally and in writing &bull; Ability to work effectively with various personnel and in teams, and be flexible in work assignments. Experience Not less than 10 years in Health, Safety &amp; Environment (HSE} as a Safety Officer/Safety Inspector, inclusive 3-5 years as an incident/accident analyst in oil &amp; gas or petrochemical industry.<br />
