If you share our passion for discovery and want to find out what you could really do, then here is the place to do it.<br><br><b> Job Description: </b><br> <br> The Quality Technician is responsible for conducting quality control activities such as inspections and reporting within assigned organization.<br><br><b> Essential Responsibilities and Duties: </b><br> <ul> <li> Conduct tests and inspect documentation, parts and components, materials, subassemblies and equipment to ensure compliance with specifications and standard work instructions.</li> <li> Document the results of inspections and tests using the designated business system, following the defined procedure and test plan.</li> <li> Propose regular feedback and update of procedures to make sure they are compliant to SLB std and properly applicable.</li> <li> Use job packets, routings, work orders and bills of material.</li> <li> Ensure manufacturing tooling is tracked, certified and control as per ISO standard</li> <li> Perform troubleshooting to diagnose product, process or program defects and repair them when agreed with Manufacturing engineer.</li> <li> Communicate and team work with your peers, manufacturing engineers, planners and other functions.</li> <li> Ensure ability to Maintain and develop skills in electronics, hydraulics, mechanical assemblies and automated machine operation and computer software.</li> <li> Develop knowledge and get certify on specific field of application such as ATEX / Electrical HV </li> <li> Use the guiding principles and tools of the Manufacturing System to drive continuous improvement and 5S principles.</li> <li> Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.</li> </ul> <br><br><b> Qualifications and competencies: </b><br> <ul> <li> Bac / Bac pro: Maintenance automated Mechanical system (gaz)</li> <li> Less than 3 years experiences</li> <li> Environment | Technology or Manufacturing Center</li> <li> Function | Technology Quality | Non-Conformance Management</li> <li> Function | Technology Quality | Quality Control</li> </ul> <br><br>Schlumberger is an equal employment opportunity employer.
