<div class="mds-edited-text mds-font-body-copy-bulk"><p>We're currently looking for a Team Leader to join our Front of House team here at Sticklebarn. <strong>No experience required - training will be provided.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours per week</strong></p>
<p>Shift patterns will be as follows</p>
<p>Peak (Easter-October): 10am-6pm / 12pm-9pm / 2pm-11pm</p>
<p>Off peak (October- February) 10am-5pm / 12pm-6pm / 3pm-9pm (3 days off some weeks)</p>
<p>You'll always be guaranteed 2 days off together & there will be no split shifts. Plus 1-2 weeks off for the annual January closure.</p>
<p><strong>The salary: £18,298 per annum</strong></p>
<p>This role is based on annualised hours, where the amount of hours you work each month may vary, however your salary will be paid in 12 equal instalments over the year</p>
<p><strong>Duration: This is a Permanent Full-time role</strong></p>
<p>Interviews : This is an immediate start, interviews will be held by appointment on receiving applications.</p>
<p>You will not be required to split shifts.</p>
<p>You will receive a bespoke induction on appointment and further professional training & development opportunities are available.</p>
<p>You'll need to be;</p>
<p>• Customer focussed with great communication skills both verbal and written</p>
<p>• Passionate about food, creative and proactive</p>
<p>• Aware of Health & Safety compliance requirements.</p>
