Provides HR support for client group Leaders, Managers and Employees on organizational and employee matters, as well as coaching, HR process expertise and other general HR activities. Individuals in this category act as the HR Manager of record for a client group. Expertise within a field comprising of different approaches, methodologies, techniques and processes. <br><br>As a Senior HR Business Partner , you will be responsible for: <br><ul><li>A leadership partner who develops & executes organization-level HR strategies to align structure, culture & talent with business goals. Includes those who manage an HR Function within a Business Segment or Sub-Business . For use in businesses that are operating in the HR Partnership Model. <br></li><li>Provides advice and guidance to functional management or business functions on approaches, projects and programs in the functional area or affecting business organization and ways of working. <br></li><li>Handles communication with direct colleagues and the business about approach and methods for solving complex problems <br></li><li>Leads design and implementation of projects .
