Trainer and Competency Assessor

<p>Working at our clients facility in the south side of Aberdeen.  Likely to be for around 6 months, 2-3 days per week.</p>

<p><strong>Job Summary:</strong> We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer and Competency Assessor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs, as well as assessing the competencies of employees to ensure they meet organizational standards. <em>This role requires a strong understanding of adult learning principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to adapt training methods to diverse audiences.</em></p>
