<p>This is a dynamic and growing service that offers a range of support packages to support our service users with mental health needs and learning disabilities. As a Relief Support Worker at our Stockton and Billingham services you will be supporting our service users, promoting independence, reducing isolation and encouraging mental and physical wellbeing. We aim to be flexible and responsive to our clients who have a range of different needs so no two days will ever be the same at this service!</p>
<p><strong>Relief Support Worker Duties: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You will provide person-centred care and support to clients to take part in all aspects of everyday life and to enjoy a wide range of activities,</li>
<li>You will have skills in positive communication and engagement and will be able to demonstrate unconditional positive regard for the people we support,</li>
<li>We are looking to recruit people who are confident when lone working.</li>
</ul>
<p>This rewarding role will require flexibility and experience is <strong>essential. </strong>The benefits of joining Creative Support as a Relief/Bank staff member is the <strong>flexibility </strong>to <strong>pick shifts to suit you</strong> and <strong>work in services that are local</strong> to you. We pay for a DBS for all staff and provide a free uniform where required.</p>

<p>As a Creative Support Bank Staff member you will have access to our free app which allows you to pick up shifts in any area of the country, provides information on the service and shifts as well as directions. You will be paid on a weekly basis.</p>
